HAL was founded by Nigerians. It remains 100% owned and controlled by Nigerians with head office in Lagos, Nigeria and active presence in the UK and Middle East

Our team consists of seasoned senior oil & gas investment banking professionals with a combined c.137 years experience in the Oil & Gas Financing space in Nigeria, UK, Eastern Europe, US and the Middle East.

In 2021, HAL was appointed as a Financial Advisor to the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) on its various projects and financings
